  • Not all hearts come in CHOCOLATE!  Try a centerpiece or party treat full of fresh berries instead of milk chocolate.
  • Think beyond Sugary Treats...Instead of attaching suckers or chocolate kisses to children's valentines, try stickers, fun temporary tatoos, or heart erasers or magnets for treats.
  • Give your most important muscle a WorkOut!  Include a dance party or group walk in your daily activities for Valentine's Day.  Your own heart will love you for it!

The best way to show our loved ones how much we love them is to be an example about the way we take care of our own hearts!
